What is your favorite thing about the sport of volleyball? Competing and playing with the girls I love most.

What is your favorite season of the year? Spring, or any of them other than winter.

If someone saw you on a weekend when you didn’t have a sporting event to go to, would you more likely be wearing tennis shoes, flip-flops or dress shoes? Tennis shoes or Birkenstocks.

What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast? Waffles and bacon.

Do you like pumpkin spice? No. Not my favorite.

Who is your favorite sports team? Iowa Hawkeyes. Beat State.

What is the last movie you saw? Was it good? “Miracles from Heaven.” Yes, it’s one of my favorites.

Other than what the team does on the court, do you have a prematch routine? I always listen to music full blast on a speaker at my house before I leave and then the whole team gets Subway.

What team, other than your own, has the best uniforms? Western Christian.

What is your favorite subject in school? Probably anatomy. The career I want to go into involves a lot of that stuff.

What is one skill you wished you had but do not? I wish I could sing.

What is the most frequent thing you hear from your coach? “Keep your arm up!”

Who is your biggest role model and why? My grandpa Don. He has been through a lot, but he still always puts God and family first in every situation.
