Picked up her 1,000th career dig helping Dutch win the Siouxland Conference Title

You recently picked up your 1,000th dig. Which means more to you, over 1,000 kills or over 1,000 digs? Kills because kills give me more of a rush.

Was it tough to decide if you wanted to play volleyball or basketball in college? No, I’ve always liked volleyball a little more than basketball.

What are you looking forward to most about college? Getting to play volleyball at a higher level.

Going back to when you were younger, what was your all-time favorite Halloween costume? When I dressed up as a duck.

If you were giving out the candy to trick-or-treaters, what kind of candy would you give? Carmel apple suckers.

What is your favorite holiday and why? Christmas, because I get to see my family from New Jersey and Christmas Eve Church service.

How soon is too soon to put up Christmas decorations? Anytime before Thanksgiving is too soon.

What is your favorite season of the year — spring, summer, fall or winter? Summer because of the warm weather.

If you got to pick the meal for your volleyball banquet, what would you serve? Chicken alfredo.

What is your favorite subject in school? Ceramics with Bert.

What is something about yourself that might surprise people? I live on a farm and used to show cattle.

Who is your biggest role model and why? Both my parents because they have raised me how to be respectful and responsible.
