1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup coconut shreds

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Scoop into 15-18 portions. Chill for a few minutes, then roll into smooth balls. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
