Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

1/2 cup butter flavor Crisco

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 3/4 cups flour

3/4 teaspoon soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups peanut butter chips

(Or: mix white, chocolate and peanut butter chips to equal 2 cups)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream the Crisco with peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla.

In medium bowl, whisk together the flour, soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture until combined. Stir in the chips.

Scoop dough out in 1-tablespoon portions. Bake 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on racks before moving to cooling racks to cool completely.
