Frozen Yogurt with Peaches
You will want to use an ice cream freezer for this recipe
in order to incorporate air while the mixture freezes.
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Canned peaches, sliced or diced, and drained
Whisk cream, yogurt, milk, honey and lemon juice together. Process in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Serve yogurt in glass bowls, topped with peaches and a drizzle of Amaretto.
