INGREDIENTS:

■ 2 cups heavy whipping cream

■ 1 cup light brown sugar

■ 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree

■ 1 teaspoon ginger

■ 1 tablespoon cinnamon

■ ¼ teaspoon cloves

■ ½ teaspoon nutmeg

■ 1 teaspoon vanilla

■ ½ teaspoon sea salt


INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine cream and brown sugar in large bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Transfer to bowl of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer directions. Serve when mixture is soft-set.
