INGREDIENTS:

■ 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

■ ½ cup sour cream

■ ½ cup mayonnaise

■ 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

■ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

■ ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

■ ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix the cream cheese with sour cream and mayonnaise in bowl with hand mixer until thoroughly combined and fluffy.

Add remaining ingredients and mix again until combined.

Refrigerate for one hour for flavors to blend.

Serve with sturdy vegetables for dipping — carrots, celery, zucchini slices, cucumber spears and radishes.
