■ 1 12-inch pizza crust, purchased or homemade

■ 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

■ 1 cup pulled pork

■ 2-3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

■ 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

■ 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

■ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

■ 1 cup shredded mozzarella

■ 2 green onions, sliced

■ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Place a baking stone in oven and heat to 500 degrees.

Place dough on a pizza peel or rimless baking sheet that has been lightly coated with cornmeal or flour.

Spread barbecue sauce over crust, leaving a half-inch border. Top with pulled pork, bacon, red onion, tomato and cheese. Sprinkle with green onions.

Transfer to heated pizza stone. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, cut and serve.
