ORANGE CITY—Shirley Ann Miller, 77, Orange City, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, at Orange City Area Health System. Visitation with family present will be 8-9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Faith Lutheran Church in Orange City. Service will be 9 a.m. Saturday at the church. Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hampton City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Oolman Funeral Home in Orange City.
