SIBLEY—A 42-year-old Sibley man was arrested about 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence and no valid driver’s license.

The arrest of Narciso Flores Ramos stemmed from when a deputy spotted him stop a 2003 Honda Odyssey in the middle of the 1700 mile of Pierce Avenue on the east edge of Sibley and then get out of the vehicle and start urinating, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

He had bloodshot, watery eyes; was unbalanced, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage and failed preliminary sobriety tests.

Flores Ramos also admitted to drinking three beers, according to court documents.
