ORANGE CITY—Two Sioux City teenagers were arrested about 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, in Orange City on alcohol-related charges.
The arrests of 19-year-old Charles Timothy Parks and 18-year-old Anton Lee Burg stemmed from their activities at Kinder Speeland Park, according to the Orange City Police Department.
Parks admitted to driving a 2019 Honda Civic from Sioux City to Orange City and he had in his possession an open can of Busch Light beer, according to the incident report.
He was charged with driving while his license was denied or revoked and possession of alcohol under age.
Burg was found to be intoxicated after a preliminary breath test showed a .124 blood alcohol content.
He was charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol under age.
