GRANVILLE—Two Granville residents face charges following a home visit by a representative of the Iowa Department of Human Services about 12:10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6.
Twenty-eight-year-old Reuben Michael Ritz and Kelsey Jo Clark were the residents of the home at 610 Pine St.
Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found and resulted in the arrest of Ritz who admitted the illegal items were his, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Iowa.
Ritz was charged with second-offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During an interview with Clark, she admitted to drug usage with her children — ages 7 and 3 — present in the home, according to court documents.
Clark was arrested on a charge of child endangerment.
