ORANGE CITY—Two Orange City residents face drug-related offenses after they were found with marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 1 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at their residence at 213 Second St. N.W.

Twenty-four-year-old Jacob Rene Prado was arrested on charges of second-offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found in possession of marijuana, two glass pipes with marijuana residue, a metal pipe with marijuana residue and a dab heat gun, according to the Orange City Police Department.

Fifty-nine-year-old Arlene Debbie Prado was cited for first-offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was found in possession of marijuana in an eyeglass case and a glass pipe with marijuana residue.
