HULL—A 19-year-old Sioux Center resident was arrested Monday, Oct. 25, on a charge of second-degree burglary.
The arrest of Christopher Robin Rubiales-Sandoval stemmed from a report from a Hull resident, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
Rubiales-Sandoval had been threatening to assault the Hull resident on Snapchat throughout the day in a disagreement over personal property, according to the incident report.
Rubiales-Sandoval then went to the Hull individual’s residence at about 4 p.m. and damaged the front door.
He forced entry into the residence through the overhead garage door, which caused damage.
Rubiales-Sandoval then entered the house and threatened to assault the Hull individual.
When the Hull resident called 911, Rubiales-Sandoval left the scene.
A no contact order was issued against Rubiales-Sandoval with the Hull individual.
