SANBORN—A 20-year-old Sanborn man was arrested about 3:45 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault with intent to inflict serious injury.
The arrest of Jackson Sally stemmed from an argument with his brother at their residence at 704 Sunrise Ave., according to the Sanborn Police Department.
Sally “grabbed a red-handled kitchen knife to enter further into the altercation,” according to the incident report.
The knife was recovered from Sally’s pocket.
A no contact order was issued against Sally with his brother.
Sally had moved in with his brothers and sisters over the last couple of weeks, according to the incident report.
