PRIMGHAR—A 37-year-old Primghar woman was arrested about 2:10 p.m. Monday, March 13, on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence and driving while her license was denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.
The arrest of Kelli Michelle Biller stemmed from a report of her being passed out behind the wheel of a running 2004 Chevrolet Malibu parked at ProGo convenience store parking lot in Primghar, according to the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy was able to wake her, and Biller admitted to using controlled substances, according to the incident report.
A drug recognition expert evaluated her and determined Biller was under the influence of a combination of a narcotic analgesic and stimulants.
