ORANGE CITY—An Orange City 18-year-old was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 11, on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

The arrest of Jesus Efrain Soto-Gonzalez stemmed from an incident about 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, when he damaged an office space in the lower level at the Orange City Area Health System Downtown Campus by punching holes in the wallboard, according to the Orange City Police Department.

The damage was estimated at $300-$750.

Soto-Gonzalez also was cited about 11:35 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, for possession/purchase of alcohol under legal age at his residence at 1421 Linden St. No. 110.
