SPENCER—A 21-year-old Wayne, NE, man was arrested Thursday, Sept. 16, on Sioux County warrants on charges of unlawfully manufacturing, delivering or possessing with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance — methamphetamine; first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana; first-offense possession of a controlled substance — cannabidiol; unlawful possession of a prescription drug; failure to affix a drug stamp; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The arrest of Zaylor Martin Langschwager stemmed from a report of a disturbance at the Econo Lodge in Sioux Center at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, June 19, according to the Sioux Center Police Department.
A search warrant was executed on Langschwager’s room, where meth, marijuana, cannabidiol, prescription medications, a large amount of baggies, a syringe, a vape cartridge with THC residue and a scale with meth residence were located, according to court documents.
Warrants were issued June 19.
Langschwager was arrested at the Clay County Jail in Spencer by a Sioux County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
