ROCK VALLEY—A 24-year-old Rock Valley man was cited Saturday, June 27, on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.

The arrest of David Tomas Miguel stemmed from an argument he got into with another male about noon on the 1000th block of 18th Avenue, according to the Rock Valley Police Department.

Afterward, Miguel used a key to scratch and cut the paint on the other man’s black Dodge Nitro.
