SANBORN—A 36-year-old Sanborn man has been arrested after allegedly chasing a naked woman down the street Monday morning, July 8, in Sanborn.

The arrest of Terrill Edward Williams stemmed from a neighbor reporting an argument occurring at the Williams residence on the 400 block of West Third Street at about 6:30 a.m., according to the Sanborn Police Department.

Williams allegedly pushed the woman and flipped a coffee table during the argument.

He then poured water on the woman. She got out of the clothes and the argument continued.

Williams then told the woman to leave his residence, but he would not let her have her clothes.

He then chased the woman for about a half block while she was running naked down the street, according to court documents. Williams yelled at the woman as they ran.

The woman and Williams have had an intimate relationship for about a year.

Williams was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault and disorderly conduct — loud or raucous noise.

A no contact order also was issued against Williams.
