LESTER—A 49-year-old Lester man was arrested about 10:20 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, on charges of two counts of domestic abuse assault and one count of interference with official acts.
The arrest of Felipe Noriega stemmed from a report of a fight at a residence on the 400 block of Main Street in Lester, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Law enforcement was informed that Noriega allegedly had pulled his daughter’s hair and punched his son-in-law in the face, according to court documents.
Noriega then locked himself in a bedroom and initially refused to come out.
When he did come out, two deputies needed a combination of join manipulation and Taser deployment to get him in custody, according to court documents.
A no contact order was issued against Noriega with the daughter and son-in-law.
