SIOUX CENTER—Dordt University in Sioux Center will host a high school (grades 9-12) juried art showcase. Artist Jake Van Wyk will serve as the juror. Mediums of all types, 2D, 3D, and digital works are all welcome for submission. Art teachers are encouraged to nominate and submit their students’ artwork by Jan. 31 at forms.gle/4mzpbvP4mYQ4NWuNA. There is no limit on the number of students or pieces nominated. The exhibit will be in the Campus Center Art Gallery March 1-30. Teachers will be notified of selected artwork by Feb. 10 and all selected artworks need to be received Feb. 23-25. The closing reception will be held 7-8 pm Thursday, March 30.
