SHELDON—A 38-year-old Brewster, MN, woman was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Sunday, June 12, on a charge of public intoxication.
The arrest of Jennifer Renae Kirchner stemmed from a report of a disturbance at Hills Park, according to the Sheldon Police Department.
Kirchner had bloodshot/watery eyes, impaired balance, slurred speech and the odor of an alcoholic beverage.
She was warned multiple times to stay inside her camper or she would be arrested and was seen outside her camper before law enforcement left the park, according to the incident report.
Kirchner pleaded guilty the same day in O’Brien County District Court in Primghar and was ordered to pay a $105 fine, a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court-related costs.
