SHELDON—A 32-year-old Ashton woman was arrested Thursday, Sept. 12, on an O’Brien County warrant on charges of three counts of a controlled substance violation in Sheldon.
Kari Irene Buckley allegedly sold a confidential informant .96 grams of a substance confirmed by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation Criminalistics Laboratory to be methamphetamine on April 1, 2.72 grams on April 3 and 3.10 grams of meth on May 1, according to a complaint filed by the Sheldon Police Department. All three incidents occurred at the home located at 1041 Garfield Ave.
A warrant for her arrest was issued Sept. 12 and served at her residence.
She posted a $10,000 surety bond and was released the same day.
