LARCHWOOD—A 25-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, man was arrested about 6:40 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug and providing false identification information.
The arrest of Dugan Francis Tobacco Jr. stemmed from the investigation into a report of an individual walking near Larchwood, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy located Tobacco on Rulland Street and offered him a ride.
Tobacco initially told the deputy his name was something different from what it is.
He also agreed to a consent of the bag he was carrying and the deputy found a bottle of antidepressant pills in it that he did not have a prescription for, according to court documents.
