Hotel California back in ‘Boji
A tribute to one of the most popular classic rock bands of all time, Hotel California is set to take the stage once again at the Pearson Lakes Art Center.
The band will bring the hits of The Eagles alive at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, in the Lauridsen Performing Arts Theatre.
Tickets are $28 for members and $35 for nonmembers.
And due to the high demand a second show is being added for Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the same time.
“Hotel California is my absolute favorite Eagles tribute band,” said Rachelle Fratzke, performing arts director at the Pearson Lakes Art Center. “They’ve performed here a lot and the audiences have always been awesome.”
Of course, the everlasting popularity of The Eagles musical catalog is something that hasn’t lost its appeal.
From “Take it to the Limit” and “Tequila Sunrise” to “Take it Easy” and the eponymous “Hotel California,” this tribute band certainly has some great material to draw from.
But it’s more than that.
“They’re such good performers,” Fratzke said. “They don’t just sing The Eagles. They portray them.”
Even with a second show added to the schedule, it certainly wouldn’t be a bad idea to get tickets early and book a room with Hotel California.
