Executive Assistant for the VP of Online and Graduate Education
Dordt University is currently seeking an individual to assume the position of Executive Assistant for the Vice President of Online and Graduate Education. This is a part-time (50%) executive administrative support position.
Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, serving as a liaison for the VP, managing calendars and appointments, coordinating travel and hospitality, coordinating online and graduate faculty hiring processes, and assisting with budget duties.
Applicants for this position must possess an associate's or bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of office experience. Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and management principles is required. Strong experience with Microsoft Office, well-developed communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are desired.
