The Community Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative

Professional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone, working with customers, billing, and misc. clerical work
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and our team to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
  • Maintain broad knowledge of telecommunication services: telephone, Internet & Cable TV

Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office etc is a must
  • Willingness and Ability to learn quickly by understanding utility services
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail
  • Good listening and responding skills
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to technology
  • Need to be resident of O’Brien County
