Learn the basics of herbs including identifying common herbs and how to cook with them. Learn healthy cooking strategies to reduce sodium by using flavorful herbs. Participants will learn how to substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs in recipes. Preserving herbs by freezing and drying them will also be covered. Participants will learn hands-on knife skills and make an herb vinegar.
