HOSPERS-Ryan and Mikyla Dittman won't step down from a challenge - especially when that challenge involves a child.
During a mission trip to Jamaica in 2006, Mikyla and Ryan visited Robin's Nest Children's Home, an orphanage near Montego Bay.
Although the couple didn't have any plans to adopt, that soon changed.
The orphanage had two baby girls - one was at Robin's Nest by herself and another who had an older sister. They decided to pursue the girl who was by herself.
The Dittmans began contacting the orphanage to ask them about the baby, who was named Zoe.
Although the couple ran into many roadblocks throughout the adoption process, they have finally - six years later - brought Zoe home.
